About the event
Prof. Michael Bohlander, Chair in Global Law and SETI policy at Durham University, discusses his recent book Contact with Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Human Law: The Applicability of Rules of War and Human Rights with Society Advisory Board members Dr. Steven Fuller (a social and political philosopher at the University of Warwick in the U.K.) and Dr. Michael Uhall (a political theorist at Indiana University East).
After Prof. Bohlander provides an exposition of the main ideas of his text, Drs. Fuller and Uhall will pose a number of questions to Prof. Bohlander which will in turn touch off a wider discussion amongst those present.
