Astrobiology, UFOs, ETI, and Theology is an eight-session recorded online course taught by theologian Dr. Ted Peters.

The course explores the relationship between science, culture, and religion during the modern UFO era, connecting the study of UAP with astrobiology and the search for extraterrestrial intelligence. Students will consider how scientific research and cultural fascination with life beyond Earth intersect with questions of religious meaning and humanity’s place in the universe.

Topics include the extraterrestrial hypothesis, contactee and abduction claims, ancient alien narratives, UFO religions, disclosure, the paranormal, and the interdimensional hypothesis. Drawing on the sciences, humanities, and theology, the course also examines UAP Studies as an emerging academic discipline.

The course has concluded, and all class recordings are available. Students can explore the recordings and accompanying course materials at their own pace.
